Young scientists workshops during the ESVV/EPIZONE meeting, Montpellier 2nd Sept 2015

For young scientists it is extremely important to meet with colleagues to exchange experiences and knowledge and build a network with scientists from all over the world. Young EPIZONE is an organisation of young scientists within the EPIZONE network, which provides a platform for young scientists working in the veterinary field working on epizootic diseases and zoonoses. Each year, during the EPIZONE annual meeting, young EPIZONE organises an own meeting at the same venue, with workshops of interest for PhD students and other young scientists. This year, since the Epizone annual meeting will be together with the ESVV conference, the Young scientists meeting will also be a joint meeting. We will organise three sessions on Wednesday the 2nd of September. These sessions will include workshops focussing on career development and senior scientists will discuss with us about the career path they have followed for their research etc. The workshops will be open for Epizone and ESVV members and also non-members. So if you are a young scientist and you want to meet new people and broaden your scientific network, please join us on the 2nd of September in Montpellier. Meetings are free to attend and need no subscription in advance. More detailed information on the program will follow soon and will be published on the ESVV website and the Epizone website.
